Client Background:
4th Dimension is a drug and alcohol recovery center located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin that offers intensive outpatient services, day treatment and sober living programs. Their approach to service includes 3 and 6 month clinical programs as well as holistic approaches to sobriety. A new admission can be valued between $10,000-15,000 so qualified leads from Rehab center marketing can be very valuable.Â
The Problem:
4th Dimension was struggling to get more qualified leads and phone calls for new patients. Although they were getting significant lead volume, the leads were oftentimes not converting into patient admissions. Furthermore 4th Dimensions wanted to enhance their google presence by showing up when people search for rehab, recovery terms in Milwaukee.Â

The Solution:
We decided to run a Google PPC campaign targeting terms for people searching “drug rehab”, “alcohol rehab”, “rehabilitation services”, and hundreds of similar variations. We directed clicks from the search ads to a landing page we created with a phone number we could track calls on. Because phone calls of 2 minutes or greater often lead to paid admissions we configured a conversion to only be phone calls that lasted a minimum of 2 minutes.Â

The Results:
Upon launching the campaign we were able to begin generating conversions at approximately $120 per conversion. With leads being valued at up to $15,000 this left room for a significant profit. As we continued to optimize the campaign we were able to drop the cost per conversion all the way down to $30 per conversion.
